WITSA recognizes MyHealthBD as the best innovation in Healthcare

MyHealthBD, a virtual hospital developed by MySoft Ltd, has won the prestigious WITSA Global ICT Excellence Award 2020, as the first innovative e-health solutions of Bangladesh, for its role in better healthcare sector.
MyHealthBD, a virtual hospital developed by MySoft Ltd, made it easier for doctors to attend patients from anywhere. In MyHealthBD, there are specialist physicians in a remote place equipped with various technological tools, guiding other doctors or healthcare workers working off far away. As a central freestanding facility staffed with different hospitals and healthcare professionals, MyHealthBD brings together a number of caregivers located anywhere in the world under one connected platform.
MyHealthBD, as the best innovative e-health solutions in the country got the recognition, known as the Olympic in the ICT sector, at the annual World Congress of Information Technology (WCIT) on Thursday evening.
The World IT Services Alliance (WITSA) hosts the awards each year. In the field of information technology, it is considered as a respectable award. According to the WITSA authorities, the organizations that have made the most significant contributions to mankind this year have been considered for the award.
MyHealthBD, is a platform for the general public to receive healthcare through the web and applications. Already, various hospitals and physicians have joined the platform. More than 50,000 service recipients have received medical services through telemedicine of Myhealthbd.com. Specialist physicians are also regularly offering free health advice from MySoft Limited’s official YouTube channel.


MySoft Limited, a local software company, is working closely with various government and non-government healthcare providers to transform the healthcare sector into digital healthcare. In case of hospital automation, MySoft has Hospital Information System, Laboratory Information System, Radiology Information System, Picture Archiving and Communication System, Telemedicine Software.
MySoft’s managing director. Manjurul Haque said that in the current situation, MySoft Limited is playing an important role in the automation of the country’s healthcare sector. Multiple software developed by MySoft is already being used in more than 200 hospitals. MyHealthBD.com is basically a virtual platform from which patients can get various types of healthcare under the same umbrella including hospital, doctor, EMR, telemedicine, teleradiology, diagnostic facilities.
In the context of receiving the award Manjurul Haque said, “Digitalization has also started in the health sector as part of the implementation of the present government’s promise to build a digital Bangladesh.” Our goal is to make technology a resource in the healthcare sector. The Award is a big achievement for MyHealthBD as a virtual hospital service during the Pandemic. Through this, the achievement of information technology in Bangladesh will reach all over the world. ‘
