TiCON Systems Limited, one of the leading software companies in the country, celebrated its 13th anniversary last Monday at the company’s own office in Uttara. TiCON, a reputed software company in the country and abroad, provides Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud computing, AR, VR, Blockchain, industrial ERP and other technological services.
Registered in South Korea in 2007, TiCon started its Journey with communication service, consultancy, customised software development business. In its 13 years of journey, TiCon has been able to garner quite a few accolades including the prestigious BASIS National ICT Award.
Out of many products of TiCON, one of the most acclaimed product is an AI-backed multilingual Chatbot that can support Japanese, Korean, English and even Bengali. Using, speech recognition technology coupled with big data and machine learning, TiCON’s AI team has deployed this solution to clients in different industries i.e. call-centres, medical healthcare centres, agri-fintech industries etc.
TiCON’s Total Media Solutions ‘BlessBit’ comes packed with all: streaming engine, transcoder, advertising platform, subtitle generator, billing, CMS or content management system, etc. It is also one of the few local technology companies to become part of the Amazon Web Service Partner Network (APN).
This year TiCON has developed virtual meeting platform ‘e-Meeting’, a variety of virtual meetings including corporate business, education, telemedicine to ensure the highest level of security . Some service providers in Japan and Korea are using it. TiCON Developed another app called WillFone that translates into different languages while talking (with the help of artificial intelligence). In addition, the artificial intelligence project ‘Willy’ chatbot is using big data, machine learning, deep learning technology and ‘recently implemented ‘Dipfake’ technology which will commercialize soon . During the COVID 19 disaster, TiCON started working ERP for food industry and successfully contracted with Intrafood
Recently TiCON System started Korean public sector project with local company Heagang Marine under Korea. ‘Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries’ for fishing boat or vessel management system. Fist phase of project already implemented .
