Samsung celebrates 50 Years by giving back the love

Marking the glorious 50th anniversary of Samsung globally, the big-name electronics equipment manufacturer has executed a riveting campaign in Bangladesh for its consumers.

The auspicious program ran for two weeks. The objective behind the campaign was to call for the submission of consumers’ longest memories with ranges of Samsung products including mobile phone, television, refrigerator, and washing machine.

Samsung received approximately 400 responses through the social media platform after launching the campaign. The program ran for two weeks. During the time frame, the participants shared their stories with a number of products of Samsung.

After wrapping up the campaign successfully, among all the customers who responded, one participant was named for each category as the winner. Samsung Bangladesh office later invited the winners for the award ceremony.

On October 28, the winners were welcomed to Samsung Bangladesh’s Head Office to receive gifts from Seungwon Youn, Country Manager, Samsung Bangladesh; Bomin Kim, General Manager; Muyeedur Rahman, Head of Mobile and Shahriar Bin Lutfor, Head of Consumer Electronics.

At the prize-giving ceremony, Seungwon Youn Country Manager, Samsung Bangladesh said, “We are elated and honored to present the gifts to our valuable customers who have been trusted partners of the journey.” He also thanked the customers and stakeholders for their unremitting support.

Winners from each segment received another brand-new product of the same kind. For example, the customer who has been using a Samsung TV for the longest period of time won another new TV.

Adding to the colorful occasion, On October 28, Samsung invited customers to celebrate its Foundation Day. One lucky customer joined the celebration and received a smartphone as a birthday gift from Samsung.
