BProperty.com Limited, the country’s first and largest real estate marketplace has inaugurated its second marketplace in Uttara to provide specialized services to tenants and landlords, using both online and offline features, to make renting and letting in Uttara easier.This rental marketplace is the first of its kind in Bangladesh. Bproperty.com’s clients can view their preferred property types, be it for renting or buying, from the comfort of their home using Bproperty’s online portal. And to bolster their rental solutions, the new marketplace will be providing offline service and support for any and all property needs for both renting and letting of residential and commercial spaces. The newly opened Uttara marketplace is expected to make rental solution delivery much more effective and quicker.
According to a recent trend analysis shared by Bproperty, as much as 24% of Dhaka dwellers want to live in Uttara and the second prioritized area is Mirpur with 20%. According to the data collected by Bproperty over the course of 6 months, between October 2018 to March 2019, 53.66% of the total demand for properties is for 1,500 sq. ft. flats and 74.14% for 3 bedroom apartments.
