Eggs 4 pieces, 1 cup of milk, ghee, sugar, cardamom and cinnamon, cashew and pistachio.
Heat the ghee in a pan with cardamom and cinnamon. Then mixed milk and stir continuously with low heat on the oven. In another bowl mix the eggs and sugar well. After that, mix all the ingredients with the milk mixture. When it becomes thick and like of grainy you have to understand your halwa is prepared. Now put the oven off. Halwa becomes tastier when cashew and pistachio are added. So slices halwa into some pieces like of square or triangle shape. Sprinkle these nuts on top of the slices halwa, it looks yummy.
