Bangladeshi multinational brand Walton has announced new offer on refrigerator purchase centering the upcoming holy Eid-ul-Fitr. Customers who will buy Walton refrigerators or freezers would get brand new car by registering the product under the ongoing Digital Campaign season 4.
Moreover, customers would get refrigerator, various sorts of electronics and electrical appliances or sure cash voucher up to Tk 100,000. Walton is conducting the Digital Campaign to provide swift and fast after sales service to customers.
The new offer has been announced at a programme held at the Walton Corporate Office in the capital on Thursday (9 May 2019). SM Ashraful Alam, Managing Director of Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited, made the declaration as chief guest.
The function was attended among others by Walton Group’s Executive Directors Eva Rezwana, Amdadul Hoque Sarker, Nazrul Islam Sarker, Humayun Kabir, Md. Rayhan, Mohammod Sirajul Islam, Golam Murshed, Ariful Ambia and Amin
Earlier, Walton conducted three more seasons of Digital Campaign in which customers got brand new cars, motorcycles, refrigerators, TVs, various sorts of electronics and electrical appliances along with sure cash back up to Tk 1 lakh. The new offer has been included to the ongoing campaign after witnessing huge response from customers across the country.
Chief Executive Office of Walton Refrigerator Golam Murshed, said: Walton is conducting ‘Digital Campaign’ across the country to accelerate the initiative of building customer database for delivering online based swift and best after sales service. The details of the customers and their purchased products including the name of customer, contact number and the model number of the product purchased are being stored on a server through the digital registration. As a result, customers can avail the service from any Walton service center any time, even if the warranty card is lost,” headded.
Shahiduzzaman Rana, Product Manager of Walton fridge, said: This year we have targeted to sell 2 million fridges in local market. We have already achieved remarkable success to this goal and posted 93 percent growth on first 4 months of the current year than the previous year. We have more than hundred models of frost, non-frost, freezer and beverage cooler in the market.
In the new offer declaration programme, a total of 32 people were awarded for their outstanding contribution in the refrigerator sales growth and promotional activities for the ongoing digital campaign. Of them, 18 were distributors, 10 area managers while 3 plaza managers and 1 sales channel.
