To sell a property, sellers simply have to click on the ‘List Your Property’ button at the top of the website and add their information. bproperty.com will then contact the candidate and verify the property before it is eligible to be listed on the portal. An agreement is then be signed if everything goes well.
Clicking on the R.E Solutions button at the top of the website, users will find a guide for buyers and another one for sellers. The Buyers Guide explains everything about dealing with experts, receiving financial advice and legal arrangements provided by bproperty.com. The Sellers Guide, on the other hand, informs property owners and managers about property details, validation, legal vetting, collection of images and legal agreements between all parties.
