Samsung has recently started SMART Service for its customers. This a one-stop solution to all the software related issues of Samsung devices. The SMART services will be provided through a Samsung experience consultant at selected Samsung stores.
A Samsung experience consultant will be there to help customers with free software upgrades, software tweaks, and device recovery. Other benefits of SMART services include 100% accuracy of latest OS, solve OS missing bug, upgrade to solve common issue, upgrade to add features, internet interruption issue, OS crash issues, and many more. Through this service, users will be able to conserve their data and forget about the hassles of upgrading.

SMART services will be available in more than 100 locations countrywide.
