Rupayan City Uttara and Banglalink ink MoU to strengthen customer engagement

Rupayan City Uttara has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with leading digital operator Banglalink to equip its workforce with digital communication solutions to better serve residents and customers.

The partnership will enable faster and more effective communication of important information, updates and services to Rupayan City Uttara’s residents and customers, while supporting the introduction of technology-driven solutions to improve their overall experience.

The MoU was signed recently at a ceremony attended by Brig. Gen. Md. Ahsan Habib (Retd.), CEO, and Khurshed Alam Polen, Head of Marketing, of Rupayan City Uttara.

Representing Banglalink were Rubaiyat Alam Tanzeen, Large Corporate Director; Md. Asaduzzaman, Business Solutions Director; Farzana Ahmed, Head of Enterprise Business; S. M. Fahdzzaman, Corporate Group Manager; Tanisha Khan, Corporate Solution Manager; and Monami Sikder, Corporate Account Manager.

Speaking at the ceremony, Rubaiyat Alam Tanzeen, Large Corporate Director of Banglalink, said, “We are pleased to partner with Rupayan City Uttara to support its efforts to keep residents and customers better informed and connected. By bringing our digital communication capabilities into their day-to-day operations, we hope to make communication more convenient and responsive for the community and its customers.”

Brig. Gen. Md. Ahsan Habib (Retd.) said, Rupayan City Uttara, the country’s first premium mega gated community, regularly introduces new facilities and initiatives for its residents and customers.
