Recently Motorola and Gazette & Gear signed an agreement. As per the agreement, Motorola E-4 Plus, E-5, E-5 Plus, G-7 Power and Motorola One model smartphones will be available in Gadget and Gear. Customers will get 15 months post sale service if they buy any Motorola smartphone from this platform.
Nure Alam Shimu, Maneging Director, Gadget & Gear said, “We get a lot of responses from customers after arrival of the new Motorola phone in Bangladesh market. Besides, Motorola has taken a good place in our total sales. I hope Motorola will do better with smart technologies in Bangladesh. ” He also said, “After the sale of Motorola phones, only 0.5 percent complain has been received. In addition, Motorola will resolve any phone related complaints within 48 to 72 hours.”
