Intelsense AI Launches SenseSpeech : Country’s First Voice AI-Based Digital Onboarding Solution

In a pioneering move poised to revolutionize digital experiences across Bangladesh, homegrown AI company Intelsense AI today launched SenseSpeech – the nation’s first voice AI-powered digital onboarding solution. This cutting-edge technology aims to streamline cumbersome signup and data entry processes through intuitive voice commands.

A Pioneering Step Towards a Digital Future

The SenseSpeech platform harnesses advanced Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology allowing users to navigate digital onboarding flows entirely by voice, drastically reducing time and effort spent on tedious form-filling. In prototype simulation the company found that voice-based interfaces can reduce onboarding time by up to 50% compared to traditional methods. This translates to significant cost savings and improved customer satisfaction for businesses. The innovative solution comes as consumers increasingly prefer self-service voice assistants, with 73% favoring this approach according to an Accenture study. (source: Accenture, 2023)

“Following the nationwide digitalization, we are rapidly embracing digital services across sectors like banking, healthcare and education,” said the Founder Rumman Arefin. “But clunky onboarding processes have been a major pain point. With SenseSpeech, we are ushering in a new era of seamless, natural interactions tailored for our local dialects.”

Tailored for the Local Market

SenseSpeech’s intuitive interface and comprehensive functionalities cater to a wide range of industries like banking, healthcare, education, and more. Recognizing the significance of catering to the local market, SenseSpeech is optimized for Bangla and major regional languages, ensuring accuracy and reliability in the onboarding process. Providing wrong information on the forms due to mistyping and lack of attention is a very common pain point. Therefore, the benefits of such a solution for enterprises could be transformative. Digitized onboarding can reduce customer acquisition costs by 20%, per McKinsey research. Additionally, AI solutions like SenseSpeech would drive a 26% uptick in customer satisfaction rates, says Capgemini.

A Stepping Stone to an Intelligent Future

As Bangladesh pushes towards its ‘Digital Bangladesh’ vision, SenseSpeech represents a major milestone – leveraging cutting-edge Voice AI to simplify digital access while uplifting businesses with operational efficiencies.

“SenseSpeech is just the first step in our mission to build a future where businesses will leverage AI to communicate with customers more efficiently,” added Rumman. “We’ll continue enhancing language support, accuracy and platform integration to make sure enterprises receive a great value from this amazing solution.
