Country’s largest online marketplace Daraz Bangladesh(daraz.com.bd) has made history by completing “Fan Meet” event in all 64 districts of the country right before Daraz 11.11 sale campaign. Considering the convenience of the customers, Daraz Fan Club arranged this “Fan Meet” event for the first time where the customers were able to speak directly with the higher officials of Daraz Bangladesh Limited. This initiative has been specially taken to ensure the maximum quality service for the customers during the upcoming campaign 11.11 Grand finale of the ‘Fan Meet’ took place in Dhaka.
The event took place on 8th November with the presence of 150 Daraz customers at 11 different areas of Dhaka including- Mirpur, Banani, Dhanmondi, Uttara, Khilkhet, Bashundhara, Badda, Motijheel, Farmgate, Pallabi, Khilgaon, and Mohammadpur. Daraz Bangladesh(daraz.com.bd) Limited’s Managing Director- Syed Mostahidal Hoq, Chief Commercial Officer- Fuad Arefin, Chief Operating Officer- Khandaker Tashfin Alam and other high officials of Daraz were present at the Fan Meet event. The main discussion topics at the occasion were- Daraz’s future prospect, customer service enhancement, delivery, return & refund policy, third party logistics system, authenticity of the products, etc.
It is hoped that this initiative would help increase the faith among people and they would rely more on e-commerce. Overall, this event would help expand the e-commerce sector of the country.
