CodersTrust and TechnTalents Signed MoU to Facilitate Employer-Employee IT Job Matching.

Having a vision of creating an eloquent connection between employers and IT job aspirants, CodersTrust Bangladesh, an IT skill development institute, and Techntalents, an ICT job recruitment Web-platform have recently signed an MOU on Mon 28th November at CodersTrust’s Banani campus.

Honorable guests from both organizations participated in the MOU signing ceremony. Mr. Md. Shamsul Haque, former Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chief Executive Officer of CodersTrust chaired the program while Mr. Mushfiqur Rahman, Director of BASIS was presented as a special guest on the occasion. Mohammad Asif, Founder & CEO of TechnTalents, and Mr. Md. Ataul Goni Osmani, Country Director of CodersTrust, and senior officials of both organizations were present.

Mr. Mohammad Asif, the CEO of TechnTalents expressed his vision of how Techntalents is working to build an exclusive platform for IT professionals and helping to connect them for appropriate jobs. Appreciating such a partnership between Skill institute and Job Platform, BASIS Director Mr. Mushfiqur Rahman has advised to include IT teachers, and more women IT pros and add features for remote/flexible jobs in Techntalents Platform. Mr. Md. Shamsul Haque, CEO of CodersTrust, appreciated this collaborative approach and eagerly agreed to proceed with the great purpose in the tech job market.

For a decade, CodersTrust has been developing skilled freelancers and IT professionals in the area of software programming, digital marketing, and other IT tracks. CodersTrust has been working with the job placement of its students where 60% of total students have been placed in jobs so far. CodersTrust also hosts a “Job Fair” every three or four months, where many high-tech companies collaborate to recruit young stars from CodersTrust. Techntalents has added a new dimension with this highly engaging effort.

Techntalents is an ICT-based Job recruitment SaaS application platform, that facilitates job placement services for skilled professionals and ICT Graduates/literates for Employers thru automated screening, evaluation, and a comprehensive recruitment process to assure skills matching with jobs. This process helps shorten the recruitment process, and selection of appropriate candidates and saves costs for employers. In Techntalents, IT Job aspirants can build their IT Job profile for free, and based on their skills, and profiles, Techntalents Platform can rank them. Thus job filtering becomes very easy for both the employees and the employers.

Under the MoU, from now on, the students and Alumni of CodersTrust will get a new opportunity with their job placement by creating a profile and using Techntalents as their IT Career hub. This partnership between CodersTrust & TechnTalents will set a new benchmark in the field of IT job placement in the IT industry as well as in the IT job market.
