YODA: Bridging the students with their best tutors

Yoda is the largest and most reliable platform that connects students with their tutors in Bangladesh. Thanks to this online platform, parents can easily find the best tutors for their kids online without any hassle.

The process of finding the tutor is very simple: first, login to the Yoda website (https://yodabd.com) & find the best suitable tutor for your kid from the three thousand plus high quality verified tutors on Yoda. You can sort the teachers based our requirements i.e. medium of instruction, locality, previous experience, pay-range etc. Once you found your suitable teacher, request a connection with them to finalize the hiring process.

And done! It’s that simple!

Yoda’s Co-founder, Mohammed Salman recalled how difficult it was for him to find tuitions when he was a university student himself. ‘If only there had been a service like Yoda, I could skip the middle and find desirable tuitions on my own’, he said.  ‘With Yoda, we want to eliminate the middle man and gives tutors a free platform to find suitable tuitions’, Salman added.

Salman also informed, in order to ensure verified students in the platform, Yoda performed several on-campus campaigns to enlist all the 3,000+ tutors in the platform. Every registrant in the platform is only able to get tuitions after proof of studentships. That ensures students are getting assistance from the right type of tutor with the right type of background; something that wasn’t ever before in Bangladesh.

Yoda as a platform respects and understands the right to privacy of tutors as well as those seeking tuition. Hence it has some security and privacy protection measures in place including in-built messenger, request management for tutors, special monitoring systems for parents etc. Yoda also plans to include a referral system too in the platform.

But the best part of all is: Yoda is completely free! For students, parents or tutors, it’s free. No parties will be charged to register or seek tuitions in the platform.
