Walton announces 5yrs warranty on inverter AC’s PCB Walton lunches ‘AC Exchange Offer’ with 25% discount

Walton has announced a five-year warranty facility for some the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) models of locally manufactured air conditioners or ACs. Apart from this, customers are enjoying 10 years guarantee on the compressor of Walton Inverter AC while 5 years guarantee is available on the compressors of Walton non-inverter AC, including one year of replacement guarantee. The benefits are available from February 1 this year.

On Wednesday (Feb 5, 2025) a declaration program was held regarding the after sales service at the Walton corporate office in the capital.
The event was attended among others by Walton Plaza’s Managing Director Md. Rayhan, Walton Hi-Tech’s Additional Managing Directors (AMD) Nazrul Islam Sarker and Yousuf Ali, DMD Mofizur Rahaman Jakir, AC’s Chief Business Officer (CBO) Tanvir Rahman, Deputy CBO Sondip Biswas, Head of Sales (Walton Distributor Network) Firoz Alam, Chief Service Officer Neamul Haque and Deputy chief marketing officer Zoheb Ahmed.
Beside announcing the best after-sales service, the electronics giant also declared an AC Exchange Offer in which customers can buy Walton’s new air conditioners and get 25 percent discount in exchange of their used ACs of any brands. In addition, all the customers of Walton ACs are now enjoying free installation facility.
AC’s CBO Tanvir Rahman said that they added world’s latest technologies in their ACs like inverter, ionizer and IoT based smart technologies. Walton’s R&I team is working relentlessly to add the newest features and technologies in ACs. Walton is greatly confident on the highest quality and long-lasting of the compressors that are used in their inverter AC and thus they are giving 10 years guarantee on the compressors of inverter ACs and increased the inverter PCB’s warranty from three years to five years.
