Walton AC customers to get 12-yr electricity bill free

Customers of Walton brand air-conditioners are likely to get 12-year equivalent electricity bill as free through registering their purchased product under its ongoing digital campaign.

Walton is building customers’ database to ensure faster after-sales service. For which they are running digital campaign across the country. On this occasion, Walton is conducting its Digital Campaign Season-5 from October 7 (Monday).

Under this campaign, various benefits including free electricity bill, sure cashback with free installation are being provided for AC customers to encourage them to take part in the digital registration process.

Market insiders say, Walton ACs are getting huge response from customers for the use of latest technology, accurate BTU and assurance of high quality, attractive designs, affordable prices and nationwide sales and service network.

The inclusion of Ionizer technology in Walton ACs keeps the room dirt and bacteria free along with cooling. The Smart and Inverter ACs of Walton save up to 60 percent electricity. The Turbomood of the compressor of Inverter ACs cools the room reducing its temperature quickly. In this technology, the speed of the compressor is controlled according to the temperature of the room through special programming of microprocessor installed on the PCB or motherboard of the compressor. World’s recognized environmental-friendly HFC free R410A refrigerant is used on Walton ACs.

Rust-resistant Golden Fin Color Technology is being used in condensers of Walton ACs which ensures the longevity of the cooling product. Besides, accurate BTU and six-month replacement guarantee lead Walton ACs to secure the top choice of customers.

Mohammad Tanvir Rahman, Executive Director and CEO of Walton AC, said that besides those benefits, customers can purchase Walton brand new ACs at 25 percent discount through exchanging any brand’s used ACs. In addition, Walton is also offering a 36-month installment facility with a down payment of only Tk 4,900. Walton is also providing 12-month EMI at zero interest, 6-month replacement guarantee and 10-year guarantee for Inverter AC compressors. Every air conditioner of Walton is released in the market after obtaining quality control certification from international standard testing lab NUSDAT-UTS.

He also said that Walton ACs are now being exported to various countries. Many world-famous brands including Hyundai and a top brand of India have signed agreements with Walton for importing its ACs.

Mofizur Rahman, Deputy Operative Director of Walton, said that Walton AC has its own international standard research and development (Research and Development) department where skilled and talented engineers of the country are constantly studying the latest technology of AC.

He said that Walton is the first company that has introduced IOT-based smart ACs in Bangladesh which are controllable using mobile phones. That is, through ‘Voice Control’ or ‘Amazon Echo’, smart AC’s air conditioning can be extended, lowered, turned on or off without remote control.

At present, different models of split ACs under the series of Venturi, Riverine and Krystaline of Walton are available in the market weighing 1, 1.5 and 2 tons. The price of 1 ton split AC is Tk 36,900 while the prices of 1.5 tons varies in between Tk 45,900 to Tk 68,000 with 2 tons priced at Tk 56,900 to Tk 76,400.

Besides, Walton is producing 17 and 25 tons of VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) ACs for medium and large-scale installations including factories, corporate establishments, shopping malls, hospitals, educational institutions, residential buildings.
