Pakistan`s Mohammad Hafiz`s poor performance has catapulted Shakib to the top. Hafiz scored just 11 runs in the two-match T20 series against New Zealand and took one wicket last week.
Shakib, who currently has a rating point of 378, is trailed by Hafiz with 364 points.
Earlier, the left-handed cricketer regained his top Test allrounder position thanks to his fantastic performance against Zimbabwe last month at home.
He is currently ranked third among top ODI allrounders
