Samsung brings loyalty program: Smart Club

Samsung Bangladesh has introduced Smart Club Loyalty Program. This exclusive membership will allow customers to enjoy a variety of rewards and superior benefits, ranging from redemption points to priority customer services, the intimation of product launches and invitation to events.

Customers will be eligible for membership on a purchase of any Samsung products from selected Samsung Smart Plaza and Fair Connection outlets. The program is open for Bangladeshi Residents of age 18 years and above, and who are not associated with Samsung as business partners and their family members, store staff, and Samsung employees.

New members will receive 1000 Welcome Points upon successful registration and the points will be valid for 18 months. For every BDT 100, members will receive 1 point. The members will be able to earn points maximum 5 times in a calendar month against his transactions. All the points will be valid for 18 months from the date of the point generation. Furthermore, the members need to earn a minimum of 1,500 points for the first redemption.

Ataul Haque and Head of Marketing Mr. J. M. Taslim Kabir were present at the launching ceremony, among others.

On this occasion, Seungwon Youn, Managing Director of Samsung Bangladesh added, “At Samsung, we are always striving to bring powerful and fun experiences for the customers. Through this program, members can easily earn points whenever they will purchase any Samsung products and redeem them later to get discounts on future purchases.”
Ruhul Alam Al Mahbub, Chairman of Fair Group said, “We are delighted to work with Samsung and together we have created a secure and interacting service for customers. We are always exploring and adding new innovative features that will make our cherished customers lives easier.”

Moreover, the Membership card is not transferrable and during the point redemption, an OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification. The members can only redeem the existing points and the new purchase points will be available for the next purchase. Members will not be able to en-cash or sell or purchase or transfer their reward points.
