OPPO to launch ‘Service Day’ for its users

Global smartphone brand OPPO has announced monthly ‘Service Day’ for OPPO smartphone users. During the service day, OPPO smartphone users will be entitled to complementary services like mobile cleansing services, software updates. Moreover, OPPO users can collect protective case and screen protector free of cost.

Regular servicing like cleaning, software updates ensures seamless services from highly sophisticated device like smartphones. Global smartphone brand OPPO has been in Bangladesh for last 5 years and already developed a strong consumer base in the country. Since the inception of OPPO Bangladesh, the company has always prioritized services rather than selling product only. The company has stepped one step ahead by announcing ‘OPPO Service Day’ happening on every 3rd Saturday of every month starting from November 23 2019.
During the service day, Non-warranty OPPO smartphone users will be able to avail friendly, convenient and professional services without any service charge and the services will be delivered within 1 hour. Users can update the software and can get their device cleaned free of cost. OPPO fans can collect protective case free of cost and change the screen protector as complementary gift. The service will be available at every OPPO service centre across the country.
Regarding the initiation of Service Day, PR and Marketing Manager of OPPO Bangladesh Mr. Iftekhar Sunny said, “OPPO has always been a customer centric brand. Our relations with the customer never end with the purchase of the device, rather it is a foundation for a long-lasting relationship. Services are essential for high-end technology devices and finding the best services is really a challenging one. So OPPO has decided to launch a special service day for OPPO fans offering complementary services.”
