RutiRuji signs MoU with Shohoz

RutiRuji, the digital platform for blue/grey collar and unconventional jobseekers established in 2018 has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Shohoz, one of the leading ride sharing & online ticket provider of Bangladesh. The MOU signing ceremony took place at RutiRuji premises in Gulshan of the capital.

Under this MOU, Shohoz shall share their various vacancy requirements for entry-level positions (such as delivery riders, call center agents, etc.) on a regular basis. Vacancies will be communicated through RutiRuji platforms (Facebook, Facebook Messenger and Website) to serve jobseekers. Zaman Md. Bahadur Khan, Executive Director of SSD-Tech (RutiRuji’s parent company) and AflatunKaisar, Head of Human Resources of Shohoz have exchanged the agreement.

RutiRuji, represented by Zaman Md. Bahadur Khan, Executive Director, Mabrur Mujib Chowdhury, Digital Services Specialist, Sharif Muhammad Mishkat, Senior Specialist and Siamul Islam Nabil, Specialist, attended the signing ceremony alongside AflatunKaisar, Head of Human Resources, Mariyam Sultana, Sr. Executive, Human Resources and Asif Iqbal, Sr. Executive, Human Resources of Shohoz.

Zaman Md. Bahadur Khan said, “We are glad to be in venture with Shohoz that provides so many employment opportunities, as we have always tried to cater our services to the blue-collar and unconventional jobseekers of the country. This underserved segment will no longer be neglected.”

AflatunKaisar from Shohoz said, “At Shohoz, we have a huge demography that works in unconventional jobs in the context of this culture.With this signing we hope that we have made the job application process easier for our prospective employees. Such platforms will truly play a big role in the digitization of the country and achieving the dream of a Digital Bangladesh”
