realme getting closer to customers with growing number of brand shops

realme, the world’s fastest growing smartphone brand in the world, plans to open 30 more brand shops all over Bangladesh by the end of July, 2020. The new brand shops will be an addition to the currently operating 24 brand shop in key locations including Dhaka, Gazipur, Tangail, Mymensingh, Rangpur, Rajshahi, Khulna, Chattogram and Sylhet.

realme officially entered the Bangladesh market in February, 2020 with an aim to empower the country’s young generation with the company’s tech-trendy devices. With every launch, the company has broken previous online sales records in the country.

realme recognizes in the importance of high quality after sales service to retain consumer trust and loyalty. Consequently, the brand is increasing the number of brand shops to ensure greater ease of access of customers to realme brand shops for the best available customer service.

Upon arrival in the Bangladeshi smartphone market, realme launched C2. The device created a huge hype among young smartphone enthusiasts in the country. Following these, the company launched realme 5i and later realme C3 and recently the latest addition to its 6 series, realme 6i. Offering the best features in own price segments, all the smartphone models achieved high sales figures and received accolades.

realme does not wish to limit itself to being only a smartphone brand, but also aims to offer daily tech-solutions with its range of AIoT products as well from TWS (true wireless stereo) to smartwatches, from smart TV to in-car chargers. Consequently, realme introduced its very first TWS – realme Buds Air Neo, wearable realme Band to the market and earned positive feedback.

realme, with robust performing devices and amazing camera setup has created a huge fanbase not only in Bangladesh, but in all its markets. Emerging in mid-2018, the two-year-old company now boasts a global customer base of over 35 million. With upcoming smartphones and at least 50 AIoT products by the end of this year and 100 by the end of next year, the tech-trendsetter brand plans to reach 100 million users in next two to three years and offer top-notch after sales services.
