Physical relationship with Cousin,Need Help!

I am 18 year-old girl from Dhaka, Uttara, Bangladesh. Last December, I visited my aunt`s place and reunited with my cousin after a couple of years. As we spent more time, we both fell in love with each other and have also graduated to physical intimacy. We don`t know how to break the news to our parents since they won`t accept this relationship what to do now?
