Delivering a feature-packed camera fuelled by AI, helping you get the best shot, the Nokia 2.3 also features a large 6.2” HD+ screen and two-day battery[i] life for long-lasting and immersive entertainment. Plus, being Android™ 10 ready, the new Nokia 2.3 will receive guaranteed monthly security updates for three years and OS updates for two years, ensuring this smartphone gets better over time. Prominent Bangladeshi film actor and producer Ferdous Ahmed was present at the launching program held at Nokia Phone Stall at the Dhaka International Trade Fair.
The official availability of the Nokia 800 Tough was also announced at the event. The launch announcement of Nokia 800 Tough was made in September 2019. This water and dust proof phone can withstand extreme temperatures. The Nokia 800 Tough is the first rugged Nokia phone from HMD Global, representing a new hallmark in durability and battery life that comes perfectly paired with essential modern features like 4G connectivity, Google Assistant and popular apps like WhatsApp, Facebook and more.
Priced at Tk. 10,999, the Nokia 2.3 comes in Cyan green, Sand & Charcoal while the Nokia 800 Tough comes in Desert Sand and is priced at Tk. 10,250. Both phones will be available from tomorrow in the local market.

The Nokia 2.3 features a dual camera and comes with ‘Recommended Shot’, a brand-new Nokia phones feature helping you choose the best picture. ‘Recommended Shot’ automatically captures alternate images before and after the shutter button is pressed to take any picture and suggests the best one. Alongside even more AI-powered features such as ‘Portrait Mode’ and low-light imaging, fans can capture creative images in a variety of settings.
The Nokia 2.3 has a dedicated Google Assistant Button[ii] which helps to save precious time. Consumers can use their voice to view upcoming calendar entries, commute times and other info. The Nokia 2.3 also comes with biometric face recognition, allowing to unlock the phone at a glance.
