Glenfest concludes with a spectacular showcase of talent and community spirit

Glenrich International School, Uttara, has successfully wrapped up the carnival-style event called GlenFest. The vibrant carnival was filled with fun, learning, and creativity, and it brought together the students, parents, and the wider community. GlenFest took place on February 22, 2025, at Glenrich Uttara Senior Campus in Dhaka, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Dr. Amlan K. Saha, Principal of Glenrich International School, Uttara, inaugurated the event with an inspiring speech where he highlighted how the school is committed to fostering innovation, creativity, and community engagement.

He said, “GlenFest is more than just a carnival; it’s a reflection of how we aimed to nurture well-rounded students who will embrace learning beyond the classroom. The event has once again proved to be a remarkable success and set a benchmark for cultural festivities in Dhaka. We felt delighted to witness how everyone was filled with enthusiasm and energy and how much fun they all had.”

Participants have enjoyed numerous activities, including Ring Toss, Tin Can Alley, Bottle Knockdown, Balls in a Bucket, Archery Fun, Coin Toss, Nagordola, Horse Cart, Doll Catcher, Jungle Jumper, Basketball Shooter, Mini Train, Bubble House, Catch the Stick, and stalls featuring a variety of local crafts, arts, books, confectionary, apparel, and delectable food. The Tech Academy has also carried out an interactive robotic showcase where teachers and students conducted a show with robotics, animation, and hands-on training.

Noteworthy mentions of the event were the dancing, Live performance by Taki Yasir Nierzhar, and the unique and fun snowflakes displayed on the greenfield. Students, parents, and a wide community were ecstatic to mingle and establish connections. It was filled with fun and excitement for everyone.

United Healthcare served as the Titled Sponsors for GlenFest, with Excellence Consultants as the Co-Sponsor. The IBD Partnership GROUP and LankaBangla were Gold Sponsors, and Pragati Insurance Limited was the Silver Sponsor. The sponsors gave multiple speeches during the event.
