EATL Bootcamp on 20th December

The Ever largest ICT Gathering “Bootcamp” Program of “EATL – Prothom Alo Apps Contest 2015” will held on 20th December, 2014 at 10:00am at Mirpur Indoor Stadium, Dhaka.

It is a momentous occasion for mobile apps development in Bangladesh with daylong innovative design program. There will be 2000 students gathering and event will be graced by high officials from different stakeholders including Government, Private sector, Development Partner, ICT industry, University, Bank, Telecoms, NGOs, Media, Mobile apps developers and renowned professionals for supporting mobile apps development in Bangladesh. The program will have inauguration session, technical sessions & closing session.

Mr. Nurul Islam Nahid, Hon`ble Education Minister, Ministry of Education, Govt. of the Peoples’ will be the Chief Guest. The other Guests will be present in different sessions:

The “EATL-Prothom Alo Mobile Apps Contest 2015” was launched in September 2014 with presence of renowned professionals in Bangladesh. The key purpose is to develop high quality & innovative mobile apps through engagement of our brightest talents. This year, we have launched the rd Apps contest with the slogan of “Notun Srishtir Sondhane” for creating innovations and opportunities in mobile Apps contest. The Ministry of ICT is the strategic partner, Channel I and Radio ABC as media partner and Grameen Phone have joined as exclusive telecom partner with this initiative for recognizing the brightest talents. We have received exciting responses including a total of 743 concept notes from 113 universities/institutions, private company and individual. Following the primary screening by honorable Jury Board members, 500 teams will be joining in the bootcamp for entering the development process of mobile apps.
