Control Room’s Telephone number been changed

Ministry of Water Resources opened a hotline number (029570028) to
receive flood-related information
The Ministry of Water Resources has changed the previous telephone
number of the control room and extended its services by adding a mobile
number to its prevailing facilities. The control room has opened on 12
July to monitor and collect data regarding the overall flood situation
across the country.
People are requested to call the new hotline numbers to
029540701(T&T) and 01318234560(Mobile) to inform any issue related
to flood situation.
The other segment of the previous announcement remain unchanged i.e.
one can avail flood forecast by pressing 5 after making a call through
1090, a toll free number, of the Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre
(FFWC) of the Water Development Board under the ministry.
