Connect Bangladesh Introducing Chalan POS Software

Bangladeshi software development company Connect Bangladesh Ltd. is introducing popular point of sale (POS) software Chalan. Chalan is very easy to use and it can be used in any cafeteria, restaurant, food court, coffee shop etc. It has facilities to keep account and inventory records and VAT calculation for sales according to the rules and regulations of National Board of Revenue (NBR). Each cash counter of branches can have one separate POS terminal and all are monitored by central admin panel. POS terminal helps you in keeping day to day purchase and billing records. You can generate daily or hourly sales report, inventory status report etc. very easily.

You can customize the admin panel as per your need. For example, you have an accountant who is responsible for tasks related to accounts. He has no work in sales or other sections. So, you can customize it as accountant can only access account section and sales manager have access of sales related sections. Also, you can add more sections that you want. Basically, Chalan POS has everything that may be needed for any business. All you need to do is to choose what you need for your business.

Up until now, business institutes and companies could maintain their transaction and turnover information on their own accord. But, now NBR is gaining control over these information. Business institutes with 50 million taka or more annual turnover are instructed to use NBR approved software or computer system to maintain their sales and transaction information. NBR made legitimate tax collection compulsory from business institutesby software-based digital method.

Cahlan POS enables you to calculated VAT in five different rates. It has a powerful battery and memory chip. So, POS terminalscan function offline. You can work on it offline, your data will be recorded on the memory chip. When you are online, those data will automatically be sent to database.

The billing slip of product purchase consists of the name of business institute, BIN no, date and time, counter no, product name, amount, unit price, VAT and total price. So, there is no chance for tampering in invoice. Only one printed invoice is provided for one transaction.

You can perform all activities of your business by Chalan POS. You can manage product details, inventory details, stock status, purchase details, sales details, sales promotion, stakeholders and customer membership.Chalan POS is much needed software for point of sale businesses. This software make your business very easy to manage.
