Biggest Foodies Festival on 9th and 10th January

Dhaka Foodies, country’s largest online Food review magazine has arranged biggest food festival the country has seen so far: with more than 60 Food Brands, Lifestyle products as well as music, photo booth, Food Contest, cooking classes, Wi-Fi and award show for the Top 15 restaurants of 2014.

Coca-Cola is the co-sponsor and exclusive beverage partner, with other sponsors will be announced soon. The Venue is expected to have at least 20,000 Foodies in two days, and with more than 300 car parking facilities at any time of the day.

Dhaka Foodies has opened its online voting atwww.thedhakafoodies.com to find out Dhaka’s Top 15 restaurants in 2014. First position holder in each category of cuisine (Deshi, Biriyani, Indian, Thai, Chinese, online Bakery, Food Cart etc) will win the award and get a space at upcoming Grand Foodies fest, on 9th and 10thJanuary, at the Military museum field, Dhaka.

This is going to be the biggest event. Ashiqur Rahman, Founder of Dhaka foodies said “We had great success in Foodies Cupcake Fest on March 2014 and Burger and Biriyani Fest last May. All the Food stalls were sold out and had a great turnout. With that experience we now want bring together all the cuisines to meet the demand of the Foodies, for two days. Dhaka Foodies will also award the Top 500 Food Critics on our website with Free Entry, Coke, Food coupon and other discounts. Expo Maker is the event partner for the Festival.”

The Festival will take place from 11 am till 8 pm. There will be a separate Children’s’ play zone for parents with kids. Ticket prices are BDT 100 (for one), 150 for two, 200 for three, 250 for four people etc. Tickets will be available at the entry.
