Airtel Bangladesh Limited, the fastest growing telecom operator of the country has signed a corporate agreement for Airtel Favourites with VLCC Healthcare (Bangladesh) Pvt. Limitedat Airtel’s head office in Tajwar Centre, Banani.
Airtel Favourites is a loyalty program which provides Airtel customers with exclusive customer care and special rewards at lifestyle touch-points. Along with this, this special service include prioritized access to Airtel’s service advisors at the customer care helpline (786), priority service at Airtel Experience Centers, premium doorstep services on demand, invitation to special events sponsored by Airtel, exclusive discounts at Airtel partner outlets and many more. Any prepaid or postpaid user can join the program after he/she meets certain criteria. Airtel customers can get special discount from VLCC’s Dhanmondi and Gulshan branch.
