Grameenphone, the most preferred digital service provider of the country, now has 15 million fans on its Facebook page.This has made Grameenphone page the most liked page among all Bangladeshi fan pages on Facebook.
Since the launch of 4G early this year, spread of internet has gained new momentum with mass adoption of digital services and online applications by consumers, enterprises, and the government. GP’s nationwide network touches almost every corner of the country and is preferred network for 37 million data customers.

Starting in 2007, the GP’s presence on Facebook has grown substantially over the years. By early 2017, the number of Facebook fans reached 10 million. While it took 10 years to reach 10 million fans another 5 million added in less than 2 years.

The company keeps its fans engaged through various messages, announcements, and updates on various social issues. The company has a dedicated team working round the clock to handle customer queries, answering every comment within a few minutes, which is applicable to 98% of all the queries.
