YSSE’s Event Resonance-2.1 at EMK Centre

Resonance-2.1, a skill development workshop, was held on 16th September at EMK Centre, Dhanmondi, organized by country’s only social entrepreneurial youth organization YSSE (Youth School for Social Entrepreneurs). All the members, trainees, management trainees and ambassadors of YSSE were the participants of this fruitful skill development program.

The education system of Bangladesh provides rare facilities for capacity building. Only skill development programs are initiated into tertiary level. Due to the absence of enough capacity building facilities, students are getting anxious about their future. In the long run, it turns into depression too. Mr. Yahia Amin, Founder and CEO of LEAD, explained this scenario of our youth in the program. Mr. Deepal A. Jain, Director Business Consulting, Subex Limited, was connected in the video conference. He suggested these future entrepreneurs to initiate corporate networking with a smiley humble face. Corporate networking should be led in way that can create a sustainable relationship for the betterment of both. Mr. Jain guides all the participants about a fruitful corporate networking. Imagine one day you received one thousand mails. It consumes huge times to sorting mails. Using Gmail features and plug-ins we can easily accomplish our daily works regarding mails. Mr. Md. SohanHaider, CEO and Principal Trainer at Smartifier Academy, teaches all the tools and tips to coordinate time management using Gmail.Later the renown motivational speaker, counselor and author Mr. Almasur Rahman conducted an effective session to relieve the YSSE member from the curse of animosity and egoism. All the audience was extremely fascinated to his lessons and understands the meaning of forgetting haughtiness.

Managing Director of English A2Z, Mr. Sabbir Sarker was the last attraction of this learning ceremony. Very effective tips are given to the participants regarding speaking English well. The juvenile participants are inspired to practice English in home to be successful in communication.

YSSE is determined to build a strong skilled team for the development of social entrepreneurs. For this reason, “Resonance 2.1” program was designed. The founder and president of YSSE,Mr. Sheikh Mohammad Yousuf Hossain promised to organize such events more toenergize and develope team skills with the succession of this program.
