The brand introduced two smartphones under the series Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi Note 10 which come with the best-in-class features, pushing the boundaries of tech innovation in the segment. On this occasion, the brand is also proud to announce that Xiaomi has been ranked as “the best brand” when it comes to after sales services. A recent research conducted by a leading consumer intelligence firm RedQuanta revealed that Xiaomi ranks No. 1 in After Sales Customer Satisfaction in Bangladesh.
