Walton offers 14.26 % discounts on TV to mark Pahela Baishakh

The country’s electronics giant ‘Walton’ is offering 14.26 percent cash discounts on all models of its LED and smart televisions on the occasion of the imminent ‘Pahela Baishakh-1426,’ to be observed on April 14 across the country.

Under the ongoing nationwide ‘Walton Digital Campaign Season 4’,  customers of Walton televisions are likely to get 14.26 percent cash discounts or sure cash back of different values through registering their televisions just after the purchase from any Walton plaza or distributors’ outlet all over the country between April 1 and15.

In addition, customers are enjoying free home delivery and 5 to 10 percent discounts on the online purchase of Walton televisions from E-Plaza. Now, the online customers can buy 32-inch LED televisions at Tk 16,625 and the same size’ smart television, featured with ‘Android 7’ operating system at Tk 21,755 from Walton E-plaza.

Uday Hakim, executive director of Walton Group, said, Pahela Baishakh is the universal festival of Bengali community. On the occasion of this festival, Walton declares this special gift for its television users.

At present, prices of Walton brand 39-inch and 43-inch smart televisions are set at Tk 33,900 and Tk 36,900 respectively. Now, prices of Walton 49-inch and 55-inch smart TVs were set at Tk 65,900 and Tk 69,900 respectively.

This year, Walton released new model of 43-inch televisions. Price of the new model, featured with metal cashing, dolby digital sound, high contrast ratio and slim design, was set at Tk 44,900. Walton brand’s smart television are featured with ‘Android 7’ operating system, 1GB RAM and 8GB Built-in memory. The online customers are enjoying 8 percent discounts on 55 and 49-inch smart TVs and 5 percent discounts on 43, 39 and 32-inch smart TVs.

Walton set the price of its 20-inch LED TV at Tk 11,900; 24-inch at Tk 12,990; 28-inch at Tk 17,200; 39-inch at Tk 27,900; 43-inch at Tk 29,900; 49-inch at 49,900 and 55-inch at Tk 59,900.

Maruf Hasan, in-charge of Walton TV Marketing Department, said, Walton declares cash discounts up to 14.26 percent to mark the Pahela Baishakh 1426.

He added that the sales of Walton televisions are remarkably growing on in the local market due to several reasons, including application of advanced technologies, assurance of highest standard, lucrative design, reasonable prices, easy availability, swift and best after sales services, 6 months replacement guaranty, 4 year guaranty on the panel of 32 to 55-inch televisions.

Mustafa Nahid Hossain, chief executive officer of Walton Television Department, said, Walton television has been recognized and achieved certification by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and Testing Certificate from Standard Organization of Nigeria Product Conformity Assessment Program (SONCAP).

He also mentioned that high quality panels are being used in Walton Internet-based Android Smart TV. Walton is manufacturing HADS (Higher Advanced Dynamic Switching) and IPS (In Plan Switching) panels in ISO class seven dust free clean room, which ensure the quality and durability of the panels. As a result, viewers will get high viewing angle and high contrast pictures. Moreover, the Walton TVs are huge power efficient.

‘Made in Bangladesh’ labelled Walton televisions are now exported to different countries of Asia, Middle East and Africa continents.
