Walton laptops exhibit at Notre Dame IT festival

The laptop and computer products of local brand Walton has been showcased at the IT festival of Notre Dame College in capital. Walton participated in the IT festival titled ‘NDITC_init 2018’ as the tech-partner of the event. Students and participants were pleased and expressed their satisfaction over the design and performance of Walton brand laptops, desktops and other accessories.

Organized by the Notre Dame Information Technology Club, the IT festival was held on November 23 and 24 at its campus in Motijheel where several thousand participants and visitors from different schools, colleges and universities took part. There were various events for students including programming contests, hackathons, robot display, digital poster designing, web page designing, Olympiads, code debugging, hardware, software and project display.

Walton has given special gifts to the winning students of the competition. Principal of Notre Dame College Dr. Fr. Hemanto Pius Rozario, CSC handed over the prizes to winners as chief guest.
Walton laptop was used in the IT programming contest. Students participated in the competition expressed their satisfaction using Walton laptops. They are surprised to know that high quality laptops are being manufactured in Bangladesh. In addition, there was a widespread presence of visitors to Walton laptop stall throughout the event.

Walton authorities said they are providing special privileges to students for purchasing laptops. Students can buy Walton laptops paying only 20 percent down payment from Walton Plaza and brand outlets across the country. Besides, attractive discounts are available through online e-Plaza purchase.

Currently, Walton is manufacturing and marketing 23 models of laptops, 13 models of desktop PCs, 2 models of monitors, 26 models of gaming and standard optical mouse, 15 models of gaming and standard keyboards along with various types of pen drives.
