Two V23 smartphones with big front cameras and high-fiedelity sound

With every new iteration, cameras on the vivo phones continue to win the approvals of the youth. The V and X series have already made strong foothold in the country’s market. The brand has gained accolade particularly with its V series of phones, with the V23 series setting the benchmark for smartphone camera in 2022.

So far, two V23 versions have been released in Bangladesh – the V23 5G and V23e – and both caused a buzz among the young generation of phone users for a number of reasons.

These are some of their best features:

vivo V23 5G: The V20 had drawn attention for its 44 megapixel front camera. But now vivo upped the ante by equipping the V23 5G with a 50 megapixel eye-autofocus front camera. In addition to beating itself, vivo’s V23 5G is the biggest megapixel front camera in the market.

Like always, vivo has worked on giving the phone a sleek and funky look. The V23 5G features a colour-changing finish, which enables it to change between ‘sunshine gold’ and ‘coast green’when under sunlight.

An 8GB RAM, 128GB memory, driving a MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G processor, provide the high-end spec for fast performance. The phone has a 4,200mAh battery with 44W flash charging technology. The phone will cost Tk39,990 in Bangladesh.

vivo V23e: Like its cousin V23 5G, the V23e also comes with a 50 megapixel eye-autofocus selfie camera. ‘Extreme Night Portrait’ mode enables the camera to take multistyle portraits and take them in the dark also. It also has the dual view video technology, aiming to enhance user experience when video calling or recording calls.

A ‘doubel exposure’ mode allows for adding backgrounds to photos and the ‘steadyface selfie video’ mode eliminates blurs from images and videos.

On the back, the camera system is equipped with a 64 megapixel main camera, an 8 megapixel super-side angel camera, and a 2 megapixel macro camera. The triple read camera system can make use of the flare effect combined with the bokeh mode.

The 8GB RAM in the phone can be extended upto 12GB, thanks to the extended RAM 2.0 technology. The 44W falsh charge enabled V23e can charge 33% faster because of the quick charge technology, allowing the phone to charge upto 40% in only 15 minutes. The phone also achived the ‘High-Res Cirtification’ for its top quality sound production.

The phone retails for Tk27,990 in Bangladesh.
