Travel app commences its journey

A pledge to provide unique travelling experience

The travel app ;ShareTrip& has begun its journey, with the pledge of providing
excellent and unique travelling experiences across various countries of the world. The app was
inaugurated recently at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden of the capital. The opening ceremony was
inaugurated by Siamac Kamalie, Director of ShareTrip.
Brig Gen Ziaul Ahsan BPM (bar) PPM (bar), Director of National Telecommunication Monitoring Center
(NTMC); Tina Jabeen, Investment Advisor Start Up Bangladesh ICT Division; Siamac Kamalie, Director
of ShareTrip; Tanveer Ali, Director of ShareTrip and Kashef Rahman, Founder and CEO of ShareTrip
were present at the occasion. Following the inauguration ceremony, speakers attended a panel discussion
session.
Developed by a group of talented young people of the country, all kinds of assistance indulging travelling
will be available on the Android and iOS app and website of & ;ShareTrip'. The app can be used through
digital transactions by using their local credit cards. Travel enthusiasts of Bangladesh do not have to rely
on international websites or apps, to travel around in different countries. From airline tickets to hotel
bookings, estimated cost listings, and managing appropriate transports for travelling, all can be done
through ShareTrip.
Additionally, ShareTrip is the first travel app to introduce reward-driven gamifications. User can play
Spin to Win, and earn Trip Coins, which is country’s first travel reward point. Trip Coins can also be
earned by booking something from ShareTrip app, or by sharing the booking. Trip Coins can later be
redeemed to get savings on flight, hotel, holiday booking and more. Users can also win free trips, air
tickets and many more exciting gifts by playing Spin to Win.
Mr. Tanveer Ali, Director of ShareTrip said, "I believe this app will be able to compete with other
world-class apps like Agoda, Booking.com, TripAdvisor etc. and at the same time people from different
walks of life can discover the beauty of different countries through this app."
