‘Thank You’ mail to customers from the President of Samsung IT and Mobile

To commemorate 10 years of the Galaxy and to welcome customers to the large and growing community of Samsung Galaxy smartphone owners, President and CEO of Samsung IT and Mobile, DJ Koh, sent a ‘Thank You’ mail to all Galaxy S10 customers around the world.

In this letter, Mr. DJ Koh personally extended a warm thank you to the customers of Galaxy S10 for motivating and inspiring Samsung. He further expressed his gratitude by stating that Samsung would have never reached its current position without the love and support of the customers.
He also mentioned, “We were pioneers then and we are pioneers now; that is our heritage and commitment to you. Our vision for the next 10 years is to be the ‘Innovators of new mobile experience’ that flow with you seamlessly and continuously wherever you go”.
