Shamim Hussain: The Freelance Maker’ selling like hotcake in the Bookfair

Shamim Hussain hails from the Jhenaidah district. He used to work in a multinational company with a monthly salary of nearly 100K. Despite his economic solvency, he dreamed of building a youth career in his village. Therefore, leaving behind his 7 years of multinational career, he started training the villagers in information technology. That’s the beginning. He has trained nearly 20,000 youths and helped them start their freelancing career. Those youths earn money working in their villages. Shamim Hussain is still doing various work to fulfil his dream.
The renowned writer Rahitul Islam has written a novel titled ‘Shamim Hussain: The Freelance Maker’ based on the story of Shamim Hussain. The novel depicts Shamim Hussain’s long struggle. The book has already gained mass appreciation. A good number of visitors to the book fair showed keen interest. The book is available in the Granthik Stall # 103-105. There is a huge public response encompassing the book both online and offline.
In the book ‘Shamim Hussain: The Freelance Maker’, the writer, Rahitul Islam, said, Shamim is a passionate young man. He left his dream job and returned to his village home to bring positive changes to society. He is training thousands of youths from the village to bring them economic solvency. The freelancers are contributing to the country, which pleases him most. Though the book is about Shamim’s life events, the readers will get the taste of a novel because Shamim’s life is itself a novel.
In the book, Shamim mentions, I never imagined that a book could be written based on my life events. I am immensely grateful to the writer, Rahitul Islam for the initiative. I have many more unfulfilled dreams. Above all, I would like to do something for the country until my last breath.
