Shakib Khan’s ‘Barbaad’ to Set New Records in Bengali Cinema

Dhallywood superstar Shakib Khan is set to break new ground with his upcoming film, “Barbaad.” The highly anticipated project, directed by Mehdi Hasan Hridoy, is being touted as the most expensive Bengali film ever made, with a budget of approximately 15 crore taka.

The film will feature intense action sequences, choreographed by renowned Bollywood action director Ravi Verma. To ensure a visually stunning experience, 80% of the filming will take place outside of Bangladesh. The star-studded cast includes Shakib Khan, Idhika Paul, and Bollywood artists, with Pritam composing the music.

Director Hridoy expressed his confidence in the project, stating that the team has put in immense effort to deliver a film that will exceed audience expectations. With its ambitious scale and talented creators, “Barbaad” is poised to redefine Bengali cinema.
