Samsung Introduces Industry’s First 24/7 Call Center

As the world’s largest smartphone & TV maker and being the fast-moving global Technology leader topping ahead in Refrigerator, Air Conditioner & Digital appliances globally, Samsung is said to believe meaningful innovation starts from the consumer’s needs & wants. On the same context, the global IT Giant has extended Call Center operational hours to 24/7 for 365 days to be the first company in doing so in the related sector of Bangladesh. The 24/7 Call Center will be operational effective from February 3, 2020 according to the related information shared.
