Sajeeb Wazed Joy, son of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, has asked Internet Service Providers (ISP) to ensure superfast internet of 1 MBPS speed across the country.

Addressing the providers, Joy said the internet service system in Bangladesh is very weak than other countries. So we should overcome the flaws in infrastructure as early as possible. State Minister of ICT Zunaid Ahmed Palak and high officials of the internet provider companies were among others present in the meeting.Earlier, Zunaid Ahmed Palak also promised cheaper internet.
