On Women’s Day Synesis IT launched the “SheCode” program

On March 8, International Women’s Day 2022. This time the theme is ‘Gender equality is paramount today for a sustainable future’. On this occasion, the renowned IT company of Bangladesh Synesis IT is organizing “SheCode: Tech Leaders of Tomorrow” program to increase the participation of girls in programming. Throughout the year, Synesis IT will encourage and try to bring the best talents from all reputed universities of Bangladesh in coding and bring them to the forefront. The aim of the “SheCode” initiative is to ensure the significant presence of girls in the ICT sector, especially in coding, and to inspire them to fulfill their dreams for future leadership.

Speaking at the inaugural function of the program, Head, Business Solutions, Synesis IT Nazia Akter said, “The participation of girls in the ICT sector in Bangladesh has increased significantly in recent years. We have been working from the beginning to ensure the participation of girls in every department of Synesis IT. In continuation we have introduced today’s SheCode program. On this occasion, Synesis IT representatives will visit several university campuses in Bangladesh and inspire more girls to choose coding as a career. ”
Synesis IT believes that these women will lead the ICT industry from the front in the future. In this regard Group CEO of Synesis IT Rupayan Chowdhury “Synesis IT is a women-friendly organization. At present, about 40 percent of our workforce is working in various departments. Our initiative is to create future ICT leaders to further increase women’s participation in programming.”
