Marcel extends the deadline of Tk 1 lakh offer on fridge purchase to Sept 30

The country’s electronics giant Marcel has extended the timeline of its Lakhopati Offer that means Tk 1 lakh offered on the purchase of its any model of refrigerator or freezer by one more month to September 30, 2019 considering the offer’s growing popularity among the customers.

The offer’s extension has given chances to the customers of getting Tk 1 lakh cash or different values of cash vouchers or free product through registering their refrigerators or freezers just after the purchase from any Marcel outlet within the end of the current month.

Earlier, the customers of Marcel fridges enjoyed the offer till august 30 last. During that period, a good number of customers across the country got Tk 1 lakh through purchasing and then registering their fridges.

Mentionable, Marcel is conducting ‘Digital Campaign’ across the country to accelerate the initiative of building customers’ database for delivering online based swift and best after sales service.

The details of the customers and their purchased products including the name of customer, contact number and the model number of the product purchased are being stored on a server through the digital registration. As a result, customers can avail the service from any Marcel service center any time, even if the warranty card is lost.

Dr. Md Sakhawat Hossen, executive director and head of sales of Marcel, said, the Lakhopati offer got huge response from the local customers during this Qurbani Eid, led the sales of fridges to surpass the target.

Marcel registered around 51 percent growth in its fridge sales during the period of January to August of 2019 compared to the sales of the previous year’s corresponding period, he added.

Nasima Akter Nila, deputy assistant director of Marcel, said, a good number of customers received Tk 1 lakh by purchasing Marcel fridges before and after the Qubani Eid. Some of them were: Amjad Hossain at Nabi Nagar in B-Baria, Md. Manik Mia at Raypur in Narsingdhi, Shahnaj Parveen at Motherganj in Jamalpur, Mohammad Babul at Siddirganj in Narayanganj and Kazi Asif Ul Haque at Loha Gora in Norail.

Marcel is offering a one-year free replacement guarantee in the refrigerator and a 12-year guarantee for compressor, providing maximum installment benefit of 36-month.’

ISO certified Marcel Service Management System declared the current as Grahok Seba Mas (Service Month to Customer).
