Letting and renting properties becomes easier in Uttara

BProperty.com Limited, the country’s first and largest real estate marketplace has inaugurated its second marketplace in Uttara to provide specialized services to tenants and landlords, using both online and offline features, to make renting and letting in Uttara easier.This rental marketplace is the first of its kind in Bangladesh. Bproperty.com’s clients can view their preferred property types, be it for renting or buying, from the comfort of their home using Bproperty’s online portal. And to bolster their rental solutions, the new marketplace will be providing offline service and support for any and all property needs for both renting and letting of residential and commercial spaces. Bproperty also provides service and support that caters to buying and selling of residential space, commercial space and land. The newly opened Uttara marketplace is expected to make rental solution delivery much more effective and quicker.

According to a recent trend analysis shared by Bproperty, as much as 24% of Dhaka dwellers want to live in Uttara and the second prioritized area is Mirpur with 20%. According to the data collected by Bproperty over the course of 6 months, between October 2018 to March 2019, 53.66% of the total demand for properties is for 1,500 sq. ft. flats and 74.14% for 3 bedroom apartments.

Bproperty CEO Mark Nosworthy, Marketing Manager Mahzabin Chowdhury, Manager for Rental Service (Sales) Nahid Ahmed Miaze and Manager for Product & Growth Andy Augustin Rozario were present at the opening ceremony of Uttara’s second market place.

Speaking at the ceremony, Nosworthy said, “While we already have a marketplace in Uttara,we still opened the new marketplace in the area to provide even better rental and letting services as we receive a huge number of enquiries from our visitors who wants to live in Uttara. The dedicated marketplace will help landlords and renters understand the property dynamics in Uttara and how to end up in drawing a win-win for both parties.”
