It was held from 6th to 10th February 2019, where bproperty was a co-sponsor having 12 stalls at the fair. They also provided free financial and legal support for everyone. More than 21,000 visitors have reached to bproperty stall where 99% were property buyers. With virtual tours of the properties along with internal videos, images and floor plans, bproperty received a huge positive response from the consumers. Not only the customers of bproperty but also many others came during the fair to discuss all property related matters with bproperty real estate advisors for legal consultation service. Basically, land and secondary properties i.e. ready-made properties along with apartments were in great demand. People mostly looked for 2 to 3 bedroom apartments. Up until the last day of the fair, bproperty have accumulated more than 3,000 customers from the event. In addition, places like Dhanmondi, Purbachol, Badhundhara, Mirpur were some of the more popular areas which customers wanted.
