International expos on building constructions and woodworking technology kick off Thursday

ASK Trade & Exhibitions Pvt Ltd  & Futurex Trade Fairs & Events Pvt. Ltd are organizing  two international tradeshows titled – 5th edition Bangladesh BUILDCON  International Expo 2019 and 5th International JAT Presents Bangladesh WOOD 2019 – from 20-22 June 2019  at International Convention City, Bashundhara, Dhaka.

The two tradeshows will focus on Architecture, Building & Construction showcasing Materials, Products, Tools & Machinery, and Technology for the Woodworking & Furniture sector of Bangladesh, said organizers at a press conference held at a city hotel on Monday.

A total of 250 Exhibitors from 10 countries will display over 3000 Products including, Materials, Products, Equipment, Machinery & Technology related to Building & Construction, Roadways  along with Woodworking Machinery for Furniture Production, Hardware and Tools, Fittings and Fixtures, Laminates, Boards, Coating, Abrasives & Adhestives, for the benefit of the Woodworking and Furniture Sector of the country.

“Bangladesh WOOD is the only tradeshow being organized by us in the country focused towards Woodworking and Furniture Sector of the country enabling the sector to modernize and improving productivity and quality with exposure to the machinery, equipment, tools, materials being showcased by international exhibitors,” said Tipu Sultan Bhuiyan, Managing Director of ASK Trade & Exhibitions, the organizers of the event along with Futurex Trade Fairs & Events Pvt Ltd.

“Similarly our shows focus on bringing global technology and materials close to the door steps of local manufacturers be it in the Furniture sector or the Building & Construction sector of the country,” he added.

International leading companies from China, India, Turkey, Hong Kong, USA, Sri Lanka, Austria, Malaysia, Italy and Bangladesh will take part at the shows. The shows will remain open between 11am to 8pm every day. Entry is free for all.
