Glenrich celebrates transformation of Uttara Campus through GlenXplore Day

The newly transformed Glenrich International School Uttara has organised an event called GlenXplore Day to celebrate the upgrade of the Uttara campus. The event was opened to all and created an opportunity for the community to experience firsthand the dynamic changes that are reshaping education at the Glenrich Uttara Campus. GlenXplore Day took place on Saturday.

Formerly known as DPS, the Glenrich Uttara Campus has undergone significant transformation to establish a 21st-century learning experience. Besides showcasing the state-of-the-art facilities that will enhance the learning experience, GlenXplore Day introduced the concept of ‘School of Life’ that aims to equip learners with skills necessary for success in today’s fast-evolving world.

Attendees had the opportunity to experience the latest upgrades of the Uttara Campus. Young students explored the fascinating world of robotics and innovation in Robotics Lab, which is powered by STEMROBO. Learners had interactive experiences in the Math Lab, which is powered by MathBuddy. Students got the opportunity to enhance their musical talents with the expert guidance of instructors from ABRSM (Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music, UK).

Young learners were also exposed to the French language through the expertise of Alliance Française. Students glided around the brand-new skating rink, which was designed by Beaumont.
Besides experiencing the state-of-the-art facilities and upgrades, students had fun with thrilling activities by the activity partner Hyper Lapse in four different theme zones: Hyper Carnival Games Booth, Jungle Theme Zone, Ocean Theme Zone, and Space Theme Zone. These thematic game zones and game booths were packed with activities that challenged both mind and body, making the learning experience all the more fun and engaging. The event also featured exciting food stalls offering a variety of delicious treats, which students thoroughly enjoyed.
