Finding properties for Spanish businesses in Bangladesh now easier

bproperty.com, the country’s largest real estate marketplace with currently over 20,000 active properties for rent and sale is continuously strengthening the services it offers to all parties, had a corporate agreement with Spain-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SBCCI) on Sunday. Signing this memorandum of understanding (MoU) will benefit both of the organizations for a strategic cooperation.

SBCCI aims to discuss and exchange views on business conditions and issues. With this deal, bproperty.com will use their expertise to fulfill SBCCI’s and their affiliated businesses and all future real estate inquiries and needs. Bproperty.com will also take on the responsibility of drafting all real estate legal documents and serve as the single point of contact for SBCCI and their partners with landlords. This partnership is expected to ease the process of finding properties for Spanish businesses in Bangladesh.

The signing ceremony took place in bproperty.com’s corporate office in Gulshan and was led by Mr. Mark Nosworthy, the CEO of bproperty.com and Mr. Jose A. Garcia Romero, the President of SBCCI. Ms. Mahzabin Chowdhury, the Manager of Marketing & PR, and Mr. Asif Arafat Islam, the Head of Corporate, represented bproperty.com; while Mr. Kazi Mizanur Rahman, the Secretary-General, and Mr. Abu Saleh, the Executive Director, represented SBCCI during the event.
