Eid shopping in Dhaka

Eid is knocking at door. Busy people are rushing to shop their dresses to necessities. Dhaka is busy and Dhaka is witnessing last-minute shopping spree even as the rush of buyers has lessened a bit as the people started to leave the capital to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr with their near and dear ones in their native places.

People were rushing to the Baitul Mokarram Mosque Market, Aziz Super Market, Elephant Road, Gausia, New Market and Bashundhara City mall on Friday. Eid will be held on tuseday.

In this Eid the price for Pants, Shirts Panjabi, Fotua and kids dress are Too high.Panjabi shops at Science Laboratory area were jam packed with buyers. Businesses selling perfumes and prayer caps and mats also saw huge rush. Shopkeepers at Gausia, Chandni Chowk and other malls around New Market were een very busy.

At Bashundhara City, shops of shoes, branded garments and cosmetics witnessed more footfalls than other businesses.Roadside vendors are also busy selling their products with the Eid only days away.
