Dorpon- the first Bangladeshi digital marketplace for local handmade products signed an agreement with Female Entrepreneurs Society (Femenso), one of the largest Facebook groups for female entrepreneurs of Bangladesh on November 24, 2018 at an event held on Aaraaz Convention Hall, Dhanmondhi, Dhaka.
The event was attended by 20 female entrepreneurs from different sectors who would join Dorpon’s platform to sell and promote their handmade creative products. Dorpon’s platform would facilitate them in setting up the shops, product display, fixing the right price to promote, sell and deliver the products to the consumers.
Mr. Firoz Ahmed Khan, Co-Founder & CEO, Dorpon, and Ms. Poushee Zami, Founder & Admin, Femenso, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. Also officials from the two organizations were present at the event.
